I built FenceIt after spending a decade working across the construction, landscaping, and real estate industries. After seeing the corporate side of real estate, I felt a pull to return to the field—to build something tangible that actually makes a difference in a homeowner’s day-to-day life.

I realized that what was missing in the fencing industry wasn't just "better fences," but better service. Homeowners were tired of contractors who didn't call back or estimates that were vague. I created FenceIt to combine high-quality construction with modern, streamlined professionalism. When we say "Real Fences. Real Easy," we mean it.

Jeremy Humphrey brings over a decade of hands-on experience across real estate and construction, giving him a practical, end-to-end understanding of how homes are built, maintained, and improved. He has consistently focused on identifying inefficiencies and building systems that deliver better outcomes for homeowners. His work as a real estate professional further sharpened his ability to evaluate properties, understand market demands, and guide clients through one of the most important investments they’ll ever make.

Driven by firsthand frustration with outdated contractor processes, Jeremy set out to modernize the fencing industry. As the founder of Fenceit, he is rethinking how homeowners approach fence installation by leveraging technology, simplifying pricing, and eliminating unnecessary friction in the buying process. His mission is to bring transparency, speed, and convenience to an industry that has long lagged behind—making it easier than ever for homeowners to plan, price, and complete fence projects with confidence.
